Overweight in UAE

Nowadays people like fast food a lot and don’t check their health. They have everything they need from food, sport etc.
The UAE people have a problem with being overweight. The main reason for this problem is fast food. This means that food is mainly fat and it will increase the weight fast. The next problem is that people don’t do exercise at all. An additional problem is eating more than they need so they feel relaxed and don’t do any job. With the increased number of restaurants in the UAE,such as McDonald’s, Burger King, KFC and Dunkin’ Donuts, there is more chance to eat unhealthy food.
One solution is to have your meals at home or research for health food restaurants so that means that you reduce the fast food. The second solution is doing some exercise or choosing any sport that you like so it can help to reduce weight. Another solution is that you can eat what you need not overload,so that means the body can absorb what it needs from food. The next solution is to increase the number of health food restaurants or increase the price of the fast food meals so people can avoid the fast food. The final solution is that people must read a lot about avoiding fat and sugar to keep the health good and safe.
All in all, I think the best way to avoid being overweight is to do exercise at a gym or have a walk every day for one hour. Also you must control your food for the whole day so your weight will be at least the same.
